WrapRx Shipping Policy

At WrapRx, we’re committed to delivering your vinyl wrap tools and care products swiftly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process, ship, and handle orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Some exceptions may apply during peak seasons or for certain products. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping fees and choose free local pickup at 699 S State College Blvd Unit H, Fullerton CA, 92831.

  • Pickup Time: Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days after placing your order. You will receive an email notification when your order is prepared and ready.
  • Pickup Hours: Our pickup hours are 11 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. Please bring your order confirmation email with you. We recommend emailing us beforehand to ensure your order is ready.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. WrapRx is not responsible for these additional fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@wraprx.shop with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@wraprx.com. Include your order number and photos of the item’s condition and the package it came in. We’ll make it right as soon as possible.
