At WrapRx, we stand by the quality of our vinyl wrap tools and care products. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for more details.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number) is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at help@wraprx.shop. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package was lost in transit, you may need to file a claim through the shipping carrier.
Please note that we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about your specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
